Chris Perry Bio

Chris joined CIVC as a partner in 1994. Chris shares overall strategic and operating responsibility for CIVC. Prior to CIVC, Chris led Continental Bank’s Mezzanine Investments and Structured Finance groups. Chris was formerly a director of Wintrust Financial Corporation, CATI, Specialized Elevator, Yellowstone Landscape, EN Engineering, Peak Utility Services, Fitness International, the Brickman Group, PowerTeam Services, Icon Identity Solutions, Kellermeyer Building Services, and TranWwestern Publishing. Chris received a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University of Illinois and a Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
