Chris Perry Bio

Chris joined CIVC as a partner in 1994. Chris shares overall strategic and operating responsibility for CIVC. Prior to CIVC, Chris led Continental Bank’s Mezzanine Investments and Structured Finance groups. Chris is currently a director of Specialized Elevator and CATI. Additionally, Chris is a director of Wintrust Financial Corporation. He was formerly a director of Yellowstone Landscape, EN Engineering, Peak Utility Services, Fitness International, the Brickman Group, PowerTeam Services, Icon Identity Solutions, Kellermeyer Building Services, and Transwestern Publishing. Chris received a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University of Illinois and a Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
