Jenny Boyd is Chief Financial Officer at Circularity Capital, where she leads the firm’s financial strategy, regulatory compliance, tax structuring, and impact reporting. With over 20 years of experience in finance, strategy, and business operations, Jenny brings a deep understanding of institutional fund management and the operational rigour required to scale specialist investment platforms. Jenny began her career as a Chartered Accountant with Azets, before moving into senior finance and strategy roles across both large corporates and high-growth businesses. Her experience spans financial control, business planning, and strategic transformation, with a consistent focus on aligning financial performance with long-term value creation. She holds an MBA from the University of Edinburgh Business School and a BSc in Mathematics from Manchester University.
