Vanessa Pfeiffer Bio

Vanessa Pfeiffer joined Cimarron Healthcare Capital as an operating partner in 2025. She is passionate about transforming the US healthcare system and has over 25 years of experience operating and leading successful teams in the healthcare industry. Most recently, Vanessa was a Group Vice President at DaVita Kidney Care, where she ran the $2b home dialysis business. Prior to DaVita, Vanessa served as Executive Vice President, Sales, Marketing, & Strategic Ventures at Apria Healthcare, a leading provider of home medical equipment & clinical support, serving more than 2 million patients annually. Prior to Apria Healthcare, she was a Senior Associate at McKinsey & Company where she advised CEO’s and other leaders on strategic and operational issues. Vanessa holds an MBA, Strategic Management and a BS, Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. She lives in Southern California with her teenage son. She enjoys mentoring, traveling, gardening, hiking, and anything active outdoors.
