David Butler Bio

David joined Chiltern Capital in 2019. He was previously an Associate Director at Downing LLP where he focused on early stage growth capital investing across a range of sectors. Prior to Downing, David was a Manager in the Corporate Finance team at PwC in London where he advised on transactions in the retail, financial services, industrial and technology sectors. He also spent three years within the PwC Assurance practice where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant. Outside of work, David played National League rugby for Barnes RFC for 10 years before calling time due to injury (and to spend time lowering his golf handicap). David is a keen cyclist, skier and enjoys most other outdoor pursuits.
