Alex Sheffield Bio

Alex co-founded Chiltern Capital. He has a background in strategic, financial and operational management, having previously been a COO and CFO, and has led a management buy-in with backing from private equity. Prior to this he was CFO of an AIM listed training company, creating value through a combination of organic growth and targeted acquisition, prior to leading its successful sale to Pearson. He has extensive experience of working with entrepreneurs and teams to grow and develop their businesses. Alex qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PwC. He has a keen interest in food (cooking and eating), and a love of the outdoors.
