Taylor Weis Bio

Taylor is passionate about improving our healthcare delivery system to provide more efficient solutions that drive improved outcomes for patients across healthcare conditions. He has supported more than 15 private companies through investment as well as operations and growth support across varying parts of healthcare including health system and payer services, postacute care, behavioral health, healthcare IT, pharmacy, home-based care, and value-based contracting in his career as a healthcare investor. Prior to joining CPF, Taylor was a Vice President at LLR Partners, a growth equity firm in Philadelphia and a Senior Associate at Council Capital, a healthcare private equity firm in Nashville. He started his career in Strategy & Operations Consulting at Deloitte and holds a BS in Finance & Economic Consulting from Indiana University Bloomington.
