Joesph Christman Bio

Joe works directly with our portfolio companies and their management teams to leverage digital and AI technologies and strategies to create differentiated impact in the marketplace. He brings his 15+ years of experience leading large-scale digital and analytics transformations across industries, including payers, providers, managed-care organizations and pharma. Through digital strategy, technical delivery, architecture design, and product and program management, he ensures founders realize the maximum impact of their digital and analytics initiatives. Joe is also actively searching for new and innovative healthcare technologies and founders to partner with to change our healthcare system and improve patient outcomes. Prior to CPF, Joe served as a Principal Technical Expert at McKinsey & Co in Boston with the firm’s largest AI transformation programs, including technology strategy, talent and operating model and delivery of technology platforms and solutions in Healthcare, Pharma, Insurance, Public Sector and Aerospace & Defense. Joe’s expertise also comes from previous Senior Consultant, Program Manager and Business Analyst roles where he was responsible for digital and analytics transformations, and worked with cross-functional teams as well as C-suite and senior clients to design and deliver complex, digital enterprise strategies, platforms, and solutions for Fortune 100 companies, including those in education, finance and healthcare. He holds a B.S. from Bryant University.
