Brian Pegno Bio

Brian joined Charlesbank in 2019 from Bain & Company, where he worked as a senior associate consultant focused on private equity and consumer/retail clients. He rejoined the firm in 2023 after completing his MBA at Stanford’s Graduate School of Business. Raised in New York, Brian now lives with his wife in Boston’s South End. In his free time, he enjoys running, cycling, traveling, and watching college basketball.
