Mr. Kornstein joined Cerberus in 2004. From 1995 to 2004, Mr. Kornstein was a Tax Director at PriceWaterhouseCoopers LLP doing extensive work on behalf of Cerberus. Prior to that, Mr. Kornstein was a Senior Tax Manager at Deloitte & Touche LLP in their Securities Group from 1986 to 1995. He is a graduate of Bernard Baruch College and received his JD from Brooklyn Law School.
