Mr. Francis joined Cerberus in 1999. Prior to joining Cerberus, Mr. Francis worked on a variety of corporate finance transactions in the investment banking group of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette from 1997 to 1999. Mr. Francis is a graduate of the University of Florida.
