Ms. Fang is a Managing Director and Head of Tax Compliance for Cerberus. In her role, she oversees the preparation and filing of federal and state tax returns for Cerberus as well as its affiliated entities and funds. Prior to joining Cerberus in 2004, Mrs. Fang was a senior tax consultant at PriceWaterhouseCoopers. She received a bachelor’s degree in International Business from Xiamen University China and an MBA in Accounting from Zicklin School of Business.
