John Simon Bio

Mr. Simon is a Managing Director for Cerberus. Mr. Simon leads Global Infrastructure for Cerberus, overseeing the Firm’s technology as well as the teams responsible for networking, cyber security, hybrid cloud infrastructure platforms, data engineering, and technical support. His responsibilities also include oversight of disaster recovery, business continuity, e-discovery, and cyber security testing processes to help ensure protection and compliance across the Firm’s assets and people. He conducts all technical vendor due diligence and represents the Firm on investor, legal, and regulatory technical diligence audits. Mr. Simon recently completed his Information Security Management certification, obtained ISACA accreditation as a CISM, and is a recognized CISP and Microsoft Azure certified engineer and administrator.
