Milan Benda Bio

Milan has over 14 Years of Experience in Finance, Audit, and Financial Reporting. He worked for 8 years as an auditor at EY and KPMG, where he specialized in complex consolidations, particularly in the latter years. He then worked for 2 years as the Finance Director at Avast, where he gained practical experience in managing finance teams, optimizing processes, setting up internal control systems, and implementing accounting and reporting systems. Subsequently, he spent nearly 4 years at Allwyn where he was primarily responsible for the group's financial reporting and audits. During this time, he gradually strengthened the finance team and successfully guided the group through all audits related to financing projects, including a potential IPO/SPAC on the New York Stock Exchange. Before joining CEIP, he briefly worked as a transitional CFO for the Nano Energies group, where he helped the company undergo a successful restructuring, culminating in the sale to a new strategic investor. Milan studied General Mathematics at the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics of Charles University in Prague. He also holds an international certification ACCA for chartered certified accountants.
