Michelle Faurot Bio

Michelle joined Centerbridge in 2023 and focuses on the Firm’s portfolio operating and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) efforts. Prior to joining Centerbridge, Michelle was a Principal at ERM Consulting, working with clients on ESG strategy, reporting, and due diligence. Previously, Michelle was a Director at EY-Parthenon M&A Consulting focusing on value creation in PE and corporate deal life cycles. Prior to that, Michelle was a Climate Corps Fellow at the Environmental Defense Fund. Prior to the Environmental Defense Fund, she was a Manager at Huron Consulting Group.
