Ben Langworthy Bio

Ben joined Centerbridge in 2006 and co-leads the Firm’s London office, where he oversees all private equity activities in Europe and serves as a member of the Firm’s Management Committee. Ben focuses on investments in the Financial Services and related sectors. He relocated to the London office in April 2012. Prior to joining Centerbridge, Ben was an Associate in the private equity group of Soros Fund Management. Previously, he was a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Groups of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette and Credit Suisse First Boston. Ben serves on the Boards of Directors of auxmoney Europe Holding Limited, Phoenix Holdings Ltd., on boards affiliated with Canopius Group Limited, and is a member of the Advisory Board of Aareal Bank AG.
