Yu Luo Bio

Ms. Luo joined CD&R in 2024 and is principally engaged in evaluating investment opportunities in the technology sector. Prior to joining CD&R, she was a Senior Vice President at Providence Equity Partners and held positions at Lazard Frères & Co. and Bain & Co. Ms. Luo has a M.Sc. in finance from HEC Paris, a Double Degree in international trade and finance from Fudan University, and a B.A. in English language and literature from Shanghai International Studies University. Ms. Luo speaks Chinese Mandarin, English, and French.
