Michael Babiarz Bio

Mr. Babiarz specializes in structuring complex financings and managing the Firm’s relationships with debt providers. He has played a key role in all CD&R’s investments during his 34-year tenure with CD&R. He is a member of the Firm’s Valuation Committee. Previously, he worked in mergers and acquisitions at Drexel Burnham Lambert, Inc. Mr. Babiarz has a B.S., economics, from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
