J. L. Zrebiec Bio

Mr. Zrebiec joined CD&R in 2004. He has played a key role in the Firm’s investments in Atkore, Beacon Roofing Supply, Brand Industrial Services, Core & Main, Cornerstone Building Brands, Hertz, Hussmann, Rexel, Roofing Supply Group, SunSource, White Cap, and Wilsonart. Mr. Zrebiec serves on the Compliance committee. Previously, he worked in the investment banking division of Goldman Sachs & Co. Mr. Zrebiec has an M.B.A. from Columbia University and a B.S., economics, from the University of Pennsylvania.
