Ethan Jamnik Bio

Mr. Jamnik joined CD&R in 2022 and is principally engaged in evaluating investment opportunities in the technology sector. Prior to joining CD&R, Mr. Jamnik worked at Crosspoint Capital, where he focused on cybersecurity and infrastructure software. Before Crosspoint, Mr. Jamnik was at Bain Capital in the TMT and healthcare sectors and at Elliot Management. Mr. Jamnik has Bachelor’s degree from Princeton University – Princeton School of Public and International Affairs.
