Ben Knappmiller Bio

Mr. Knappmiller joined CD&R in 2022. He oversees tax from a firm, fund and portfolio perspective, with a focus on strategy and planning initiatives. Prior to joining CD&R, he spent nearly 11 years in PwC’s mergers and acquisitions tax practice. Mr. Knappmiller received a Master of Laws in Tax from Boston University School of Law, a J.D., law, from Northeastern University School of Law, and a B.S. in economics from Boston College.
