Richard Thompson Bio

Richard joined CBPE in 2010 and is a member of the Investment Committee. Richard has a particular focus on businesses in the business and financial services sectors. Richard led CBPE’s investment in Perspective and has worked on a variety of other investments, including Xafinity and Compre. After qualifying as a chartered accountant with PwC in London in 2004, Richard worked in their corporate finance division for five years. At PwC, he was involved in a number of private equity transactions across a range of sectors, with a particular focus on business services. Richard has a degree in Biochemistry from the University of Birmingham.
