Kelley Hicks Bio

Kelley Hicks is the Chief Operating Officer of Catchment Capital. Kelley brings extensive experience as a Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer in venture-backed companies across a range of industries. Prior to joining Catchment Capital, Kelley was CFO and COO at Burrow, a DTC furniture brand. Before Burrow, Kelley was the CFO of Bandier, a women’s luxury activewear brand. Her role with Bandier followed nearly six years at Crane Stationery, where Kelley began as a Finance Director before eventually being named CFO. Earlier, Kelley served in a variety of roles for PepsiCo. She began her career as a Financial Analyst at Goldman Sachs.Kelley received an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BA in Spanish / Latin American Studies from Duke University. Kelley remains an active Duke alumna, interviewing prospective students as well as cheering on the Blue Devils in basketball.
