Ryan McNally Bio

Ryan co-founded Catalyst and continues to advise the firm on business development and portfolio operations. Ryan currently serves on the boards of Employ and Fusion Risk Management. He previously served on the boards of WeddingWire, Messagelabs, and Advantage Business Media, among others. He is a member of the firm’s investment committee. Prior to joining Catalyst, Ryan was a Vice President and shareholder of Daniels & Associates (now RBC Capital Markets) where he was primarily responsible for leading financings and assignments for more than 50 emerging companies in the media and telecommunication industries. From 1989 to 1992, Ryan was an investment banker in the Media and Telecommunications Group of Bear Stearns Co. Inc. Ryan received an AB with honors from Harvard College.
