Monika is a board member and investor and operating in an executive leadership team. She is Senior Vice President at GlobalConnect – the leading connectivity provider of critical infrastructure in the Nordics. Prior to this she was CEO of Visma Enterprise – a software company in Visma Group. Visma Enterprise was a part of an acquisition from Bluegarden, acquired by the private equity firm Marlin. Monika has more than 10 years of experience within top management and as leading a commercial growth agenda through digital and cultural transformation. She has played a leading role in a number of M&A cases and been responsible for executing mergers and ensuring sustainable integration.
