Frederik Oliver Busch Bio

Frederik has been with CataCap since the beginning. When he’s not working closely with portfolio companies, he spends time sailing, doing DIY projects, and trying his best to keep his young son from getting up to mischief. Frederik was inspired to work in private equity after working part-time in a leveraged finance department during his bachelor studies at the University of Copenhagen. He’s worked on numerous transactions since then, but what he loves most is working closely with the founders and managers of the portfolio companies to help them achieve their full potential. Frederik is a board member at Luxplus and DAFA as well as board observer at the nightlife group, REKOM. He holds an MSc in Finance from Bocconi University in Milan
