Patrick A. Zyla is a Managing Director of Castle Harlan. Prior to joining Castle Harlan, Mr. Zyla worked as an investment banking analyst in the Industrial and Diversified Services Group at RBC Capital Markets, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions as well as equity and debt financing transactions. Mr. Zyla currently serves as a director of Sunless, Inc. and Titan Production Equipment, and previously served as director of Colyar Technology Solutions. Mr. Zyla graduated from Georgetown University with a B.S. in Business Administration, and holds an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
