Spencer Towill Bio

Spencer Towill leads private equity evaluation and execution at Carolwood. In addition to spearheading these efforts, he plays a key role in the firm’s deal origination and business development initiatives. Prior to Carolwood, Spencer worked at Diversis, a leading technology buyout fund investing across different strategies including corporate divestitures, special situations, and founder-owned businesses. Spencer graduated from Harvard Westlake and later attended UC Davis, where he studied Business Economics.
