Andrew Shanfeld Bio

Andrew Shanfeld is responsible for identifying new investment opportunities, leveraging his deep network of industry professionals and business owners. He oversees all aspects of private equity origination and real estate acquisition. In addition, he supervises all aspects of asset management across the firm’s portfolio, including daily operations, construction, and the implementation of strategic repositioning plans tailored to each asset. Before co-founding Carolwood, Andrew spent two years in the acquisitions department at Decron Properties, a Los Angeles-based real estate investment firm. He holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Michigan and is a graduate of Harvard-Westlake School.
