Adam Rubin Bio

Adam Rubin leads Carolwood’s overall investment strategy and oversees all aspects of the firm’s transactions—from initial negotiation through closing. He is responsible for managing the firm’s financing activities, capital raising efforts, and investor communications. In addition to his role at Carolwood, Adam serves as President and CEO of The L&R Group of Companies, a Los Angeles-based real estate and parking conglomerate with a long-standing presence in the industry. Adam is a graduate of Harvard-Westlake School and attended New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate, where he studied real estate finance.
