T.A. is a corporate attorney with substantial experience in investment management, M&A and capital markets. Prior to joining CapitalSpring, T.A. was counsel to Timbre Advisors, Vikram Pandit's family office, and General Counsel of MeehanCombs, a hedge fund manager investing in stressed and value credits. Prior to MeehanCombs, T.A. was General Counsel of FrontPoint Partners, a multi-strategy hedge fund manager. T.A. began his career at Davis Polk & Wardwell and holds a JD from Columbia University School of Law where he was a James Kent Scholar and an editor of the Columbia Law Review. He received a BA from the University of Kentucky.
