Lauren Illovsky Bio

Lauren Illovsky leads Talent at CapitalG. She partners with portfolio companies on all aspects of their talent strategy from executive recruiting and organizational development to hiring independent board directors. Lauren has spent the majority of her career working with VC-backed companies on the fund side, including Accel and Andreessen Horowitz. Lauren holds a BA in Economics from Pomona College. She lives in the East Bay with her husband and two kids.
