Mr. Kelly joined Capital Southwest in 2010 and is responsible for sourcing, structuring and supporting diligence of new investments, as well as post-closing portfolio company activities. Previously, he served as an analyst with Houlihan Lokey where, as a member of the corporate finance group, he advised clients on mergers and acquisitions. He received a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Texas at Austin. Mr. Kelly enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife and kids.
