Klaus Gierling Bio

Klaus is a Senior Managing Director and Head of Business Development for the DACH, Nordics and Benelux region. He is a member of our Responsible Investment Committee. He has over 25 years of experience in the alternative investment business. Prior to joining Capital Dynamics, Klaus was a Managing Director and Head of Business Development for Germany and Austria on behalf of Ramius which was a Multi Strategy US Hedge funds asset manager. Klaus began his career at HVB Group as a member of the financial institution’s key account team and as a senior sales person with HVB Alternatives. Klaus holds a Diplom Kaufmann degree (MBA equivalent) in business administration from Cologne University.
