Andrea is a Managing Director, Head of the European Primaries and a member of the Private Equity Investment Committee. He has an extensive experience in evaluating, selecting and monitoring investments in the whole spectrum of private equity and debt strategies globally. Prior to joining Capital Dynamics, he was Chief Investment Officer at Advanced Capital SGR in Milan. Earlier in his career, he worked in the Investment Banking division at Bank of America Merrill Lynch focusing on private equity transactions. Andrea began his career at General Electric as part of the Financial Management Program. Andrea holds a bachelor’s degree in Institutions and Financial Markets Management from Bocconi University.
