Sami started his carrier at Crédit Lyonnais and then at Société Générale in New-York, before entering the private equity world in 2007 by spending 5 years within the Perfectis Private Equity small-cap investment fund. He then joined HLD in 2012 and Paluel-Marmont Capital in 2015 as Investment Director, before working for LT Capital in 2017 where he was promoted to Partner. Sami is part of the Edelweiss team within Capital Croissance since January 2021. Sami has 15 years’ experience in small-cap private equity investment (over 20 transactions carried out). He holds a Master degree in “Corporate Finance and Financial Engineering” (Msc 225) from the University of Paris IX Dauphine.
