Johanne started her career at Andera Acto (formerly ActoMezz) and then joined the Private Equity investment fund Capza (formerly Capzanine) from 2010 to 2016. She then worked in the Capital Development division of Bpifrance as an Investment Director until the end of 2021, when she joined Capital Croissance. She has more than 12 years of experience as an investor and has participated in nearly 15 transactions. Graduated from HEC Montreal and holds a Master in Finance from ESCP-Europe.
