Irene Garsky is a dynamic and results-driven human resources leader who joined Canterbury Capital as our new director of HR in January 2025. With a proven track record of fostering high-performing workplaces and driving meaningful organizational change, Irene has extensive expertise in manufacturing, environmental services, and financial sectors. Her career highlights include transforming organizational cultures, enhancing employee engagement, and implementing cutting-edge talent acquisition and retention strategies. As Vice President of Human Resources, Irene has championed initiatives that elevated workplace satisfaction, revitalized DEI efforts, and earned recognition as one of Northeast Ohio’s top workplaces for three consecutive years. A catalyst for innovation, Irene excels in workforce development, compliance, organizational design, and employee relations, making her uniquely positioned to lead our HR strategies. Irene has a Master of Labor Relations and Human Resource Management, a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, a Sr. Professional in Human Resources Certificate, and is SHRM Certified.
