Griffin McKenzie Bio

Griffin joined Canopy Capital Partners in 2023, following a three-year stint at Warren Equity Partners, a Jacksonville, FL based middle-market private equity firm focused on infrastructure services. Prior to his time at Warren Equity Partners, Griffin worked on the investment team at Compass Diversified (NYSE:CODI), a Westport, CT based middle-market private equity firm focused on consumer, industrial, and business services. Across both roles, Griffin was responsible for all stages of the investment process and was active in portfolio company operating activity. Griffin began his career in Investment Banking at J.P. Morgan, with a specific focus on mergers and acquisitions across various sectors in the middle-market. Griffin graduated from the University of Denver with a B.S. in Business Administration and graduated from Vanderbilt's Owen Graduate School of Management with a MS Finance. Originally from Cincinnati, OH, Griffin resides in Tampa, FL with his wife, Vanessa.
