Julie Ward Bio

Julie has been with Canadian Shield Capital since 2016, working closely with management teams on specific growth initiatives. She has over 15 years of M&A and consulting experience, has led strategy development, evaluated investments and advised on transactions across various sectors. Julie has held board positions with Rogue Resources, Peak Power and was an advisor to multiple ventures in Next Canada accelerator. Julie is a Professional Engineer, having received her Bachelor of Engineering from McGill University and an MBA from the University of Toronto Rotman School of Management.
