Kate McDonald Bio

Kate screens prospective investment opportunities, assists with due diligence for new transactions and monitors portfolio companies in close coordination with senior team members. She joined Caltius Structured Capital in 2019 from PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP where she was a senior associate in the Deals Advisory group. At PwC, Kate advised a wide range of clients on strategic growth alternatives including operational improvements, public offerings, acquisitions, and carve-outs. Kate received her Master of Accounting (MAcc) and B.S. in International Relations Global Business, Business Finance minor from the University of Southern California.
