Alisa Frederick Bio

Alisa joined Caltius Structured Capital in 2000 when the firm was investing its second fund. She leverages decades of portfolio management and underwriting experience across a broad range of industry sectors to originate junior capital investment opportunities, manage portfolio companies and fundraise. Previously, Alisa was a Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager at Fleet Capital Corporation where she served on the Fleet Capital Credit Committee and managed a portfolio exceeding $500 million. She began her career at Chemical Bank as an underwriter. Alisa received her B.A., cum laude, from Wellesley College. She is a mentor for students at the Leeds School of Business, University of Colorado Boulder, and an active volunteer with the Boulder County Community Food Share.
