Theo joined Caledonia in 2017. He previously worked as an Associate within Houlihan Lokey’s corporate finance division, and in PwC’s transaction services department. Theo led Caledonia’s investment in AIR-serv and currently sits on the boards of AIR-serv, The Butcombe Group and SIS.
