Cédric Duchamp founded Calcium Capital after a dual career in finance and operations. Cédric was previously Director of Mergers and Acquisitions at Casino Group, which he joined after seven years as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs, in France and the United States. As part of the M&A advisory team, he participated in numerous transactions, both small and large, and focused on supporting companies facing major strategic decisions. He also advised numerous investment funds on their operations. While working in the United States, Cédric focused exclusively on the retail and consumer packaged goods sector. Previously, Cédric had a first operational career as a project manager in the technology sector, first in the United States at Square D Co., a subsidiary of the Schneider Group, and then in Europe at Microsoft. At Microsoft, Cédric has participated in the development of numerous products in the product line, such as Windows, Outlook, Internet Explorer, as well as server and mobile terminal products. Cédric is a graduate of the Institut Catholique d'Arts et Métiers de Lille and holds an MBA from the Wharton School of Business.
