Will Maunder-Taylor Bio

Will joined Cairngorm Capital in 2022 and works with portfolio companies to further develop all aspects of their sales engines ranging from developing sales teams, driving data-led sales (CRM, sales cycle, reporting and KPIs to identify improvements), to pipeline generation (maximising qualified lead creation) and closing business. Previously, following a career within the armed forces, Will co-founded, led and seed-invested some of the top sales engines in the B2B scale-up space across SaaS, Hardware and service-based products. Outside of the office Will has a love for the Lake District and trail running. BSc (Hons) Combined Social Studies, University of Durham.
