Jon Gatfield Bio

Jon is an Operating Partner with deep experience in Manufacturing and Logistics and thrives in situations that demand rapid transformation in Private Equity owned businesses. Jon has acted as Interim CEO and COO in a variety of sectors including Building Products, Transport, Consumer Goods and Oil & Gas. His experience as an adviser, from 2006 to 2016, was built as a Senior Director at Alvarez & Marsal and Senior Vice President at McKinsey. Previously Jon was COO at Burton’s Foods, leading Manufacturing, Logistics and Purchasing. He started his career with United Biscuits. BSc Psychology University of Sheffield.
