John Van Deventer Bio

John founded Cabot Square in 1996 and co-chairs Cabot’s Investment Committee. Prior to Cabot, John was employed by Goldman Sachs, where he spent nine years in New York and London. While at Goldman, John established the firm’s European Principal and Structured Finance Groups. John graduated from Yale University (B.A. 1979) and the University of Virginia School of Law (J.D. 1982).
