Emma Cox is a Director on the Portfolio Operations team at Butterfly. In this role, she is responsible for working directly with portfolio management and investment teams to design and deliver the value creation strategy. In addition, Emma manages operational value creation due diligence for new investment opportunities. Prior to joining Butterfly, Emma worked in strategy consulting at Bain & Company, where she led transformations with clients in restaurant, grocery, retail, and consumer packaged goods industries, as well as due diligence for private equity clients. Emma holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a BA in Economics from Dartmouth College.
