Mr. Ciuffetelli joined Brynwood in 2019. Mr. Ciuffetelli is a member of the Firm’s Investment Committee and serves on the Board of Directors of two Brynwood investments. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Ciuffetelli spent five years at The Duracell Company in several leadership roles, most recently serving as the Chief Financial Officer for North America and Global Supply Chain. Prior to The Duracell Company, Mr. Ciuffetelli spent twelve years at Procter & Gamble in various financial management and commercial positions, culminating in the carve out of the Duracell business from Procter & Gamble and sale to Berkshire Hathaway.
