Jens Schak Andreasen is responsible for handling the legal matters in Brygge Partners, as well as in the cooperation with the company's portfolio companies. For the past several years, Jens has worked as a lawyer specializing in business transfers and commercial contracts, and has extensive experience in the field both as a lawyer and as an in-house lawyer at one of Denmark's largest industrial companies.
