David Grosman is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Private Equity Group, responsible for leading the global tax function. He has held a number of tax-related positions across the organization. Prior to joining Brookfield in 2008, Mr. Grosman was a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Mr. Grosman holds a Bachelor of commerce degree from University of Toronto and is a Chartered Professional Accountant.
